Building A Mountain was one of aeiou's favorite songs to play. It had a great build, a fierce groove, a hook, and a surprise. Ironically, the band was never able to recreate the precise energy of this recording. This track is the original improv that took place in the closet at Left Coast Studios near Clairmont, San Diego. Augie didn't manage to get a solid grip on the chords here, but there is definitely magic in Vout and Mark's improv. Look for Building A Mountain to be rerecorded and released in the future. |
